Obsidian Club — Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines

Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

Obsidian Club is a private, invitation-only community for verified adults (18+) built on consent, respect, and discretion. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for everything you post and do on the Platform — posts, photos, comments, chat rooms, and spaces. It applies to all members and all User Content.

The Platform permits sensual and erotic adult expression within the bounds of consent. It is not a pornography service, an escort/dating service, or a venue for commercial sexual services. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension, or — for red-line violations — immediate permanent termination without appeal (Section 6), and in serious cases, referral to authorities.

2. The foundation: the five laws and consent

Your participation is governed by the community's Code of Conduct (the five laws), the Safety & Respect Guidelines, and the consent model you accepted at registration. In summary, and as binding rules:

  1. Consent is absolute. Every interaction and every depiction of another person requires that person's specific, informed, freely given, and revocable consent. "No," silence, or withdrawal of consent must be respected immediately.
  2. Respect boundaries and red lines. Honor stated limits. The red lines in Section 4 are never permitted, under any framing.
  3. Protect the circle. What happens in the community stays in the community. Never expose, out, or redistribute another member's content or identity.
  4. Adults only, truthfully. You are 18+, you represent yourself truthfully, and you never help anyone under 18 access the Platform.
  5. Safety over everything. When in doubt, protect people. Report harm.

3. Content that is allowed (within consent)

Subject to the red lines below, members may share: personal writing and discussion; artistic and sensual imagery; nudity and erotic self-expression of themselves or of another consenting adult who has agreed to that specific posting on this Platform; and consent-centered lifestyle content presented through the community's aesthetic.

4. Red lines — absolutely prohibited

The following are never allowed and are red-line violations subject to immediate, non-appealable termination and, where applicable, legal reporting:

4.1 Anything involving minors. Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving a person under 18 — real, purported, fictional, drawn, computer-generated, or AI-generated — and any attempt to sexualize, groom, or contact a minor. This is a zero-tolerance, reported-to-authorities category.

4.2 Non-consensual content and conduct. Any content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual activity; any intimate image of a person shared without that person's specific consent (including "revenge" content, hidden-camera/voyeur content, and deepfakes/AI imagery of real people); coercion, blackmail, or pressure; and ignoring or overriding withdrawn consent.

4.3 Prohibited explicit content (the §2257 line). Depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are not permitted on the Platform. For this Policy, "actual sexually explicit conduct" means actual (not simulated) sexual intercourse, oral/anal sex, masturbation, bestiality, sadistic/masochistic activity involving actual sexual conduct, and lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area, as those terms are used in U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §2256). Sensual nudity and erotic expression that does not meet this definition are allowed under Section 3.

4.4 Doxxing and off-Platform leaking. Publishing or threatening to publish another member's real identity, location, contacts, or content outside the Platform; screenshotting or downloading others' content for redistribution; or "outing" any member.

4.5 Commercial sexual services / trafficking. Advertising, soliciting, arranging, or facilitating prostitution, escorting, or any commercial sexual service; and any human trafficking or sexual exploitation. This is prohibited regardless of framing and is reported.

4.6 Sale or transfer of access. Selling, trading, sharing, or publishing invitation tokens or account access; creating accounts to evade enforcement.

4.7 Harassment, threats, hate, and violence. Targeted harassment, stalking, threats, incitement, or content promoting violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.

4.8 Other unlawful content. Anything illegal under applicable U.S. law, infringement of others' IP or privacy, malware, or attacks on the Platform.

5. General conduct rules

  • Get consent before posting anyone but yourself. You must hold the depicted adult's specific, informed, revocable consent for the exact posting.
  • Keep it inside. No capturing or redistributing community content or identities externally.
  • No minors, ever, in content or as users. Report suspected minors immediately.
  • Report harm. Use in-product reporting or safety@obsidianclub.online to flag violations, especially red lines.
  • No spam, scams, scraping, bots, or automated collection without our written permission.
  • Respect moderation. Do not evade bans, argue in bad faith with safety decisions, or retaliate against reporters.

6. Enforcement

6.1 Range of actions. We may, at our discretion, remove or label content, warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts, with or without notice.

6.2 Red-line violations. For red-line violations (Section 4), we may immediately and permanently terminate membership without prior notice, cure period, refund, or appeal, preserve relevant content and logs, and report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement where required or appropriate. Enforcement is a community-safety measure at our discretion, not a legal adjudication.

6.3 Cooperation and preservation. We may preserve content, account data, and logs relating to violations to enforce this Policy, protect members, and comply with legal obligations, including CSAM reporting duties.

6.4 No obligation to monitor. We may, but are not required to, monitor content. Our right to act does not create a duty to detect or remove any particular content.

7. Reporting

To report a violation — especially anything involving a minor, non-consensual content, or a safety threat — use in-product reporting or contact safety@obsidianclub.online. Urgent real-world danger should also be reported to local emergency services.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as the community and the law evolve. Material changes will be notified and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
